If my child needs additional support or challenges arise, what can I expect from Prisma?

One of our coaches’ primary roles is to provide proactive, caring mentorship, accountability, motivation, and support to your child and other learners in their cohort. Whether connecting your child with a different learning resource to better match how they learn best, unpacking roadblocks in moments when they feel stuck, empowering them to shoot for a wild goal that is achievable with effort, or simply supporting them during a difficult day, your child’s coach is engaged and eager to lend a hand where beneficial!

We regularly receive emails, like this one from Eli’s mom, Rachel, shouting out the responsiveness and skill of our coaches: 

“I’d like to give kudos to Eli’s coach, Chioma. I truly believe when a good job is done it should be recognized. Chioma has been nothing but professional in all of our interactions but it goes further than that. And, your child doesn’t only receive support from their Mentor Coach. We offer co-working time, math Boosts and intervention, a NeuroNest Enrichment to support neurodiverse learners in growing executive functioning and social-emotional skills, 1:1 life coaching with a Prisma counselor, 1:1 executive functioning support coaching with a neuroinclusive education specialist, etc. If you ever are feeling like your child needs more support, just reach out! We likely have a solution to support your family.
